Terms and conditions
Forstplant ApS sells plants for forestry and landscaping, in addition to Christmas trees and plants for green accessory production. Bundles of plants are sold in no less than amounts of 25 pieces.
Payment terms:
Payment is to be made no later than 8 days from the invoice date. If this time period is exceeded, a penalty fee of 1.5% interest is applied per month to the whole amount in addition to a late fee.
Order confirmation:
Your order is binding for both you and Forstplant once the order confirmation has been sent. It is your responsibility as a customer to contact Forstplant if you do not receive a written order confirmation or if there are discrepancies in the order confirmation. Changes to the order confirmation can only be made through written agreement.
The order confirmation is contingent upon achieving a positive and full-coverage credit insurance for the entire amount by Forstplant’s credit insurance company or coverage through a first demand guarantee from a bank.
If you do not take ownership of the plants in the order confirmation, Forstplant ApS will send you a written warning and attempt to sell the plants to other interested parties. It is your responsibility as a customer to replace any potential losses in relation to the original agreement and any additional expenses that the issue has incurred for Forstplant ApS.
Price:
All of our prices are excluding VAT, expenses for the issuing of plant certificates, health certificates and any form of export documents.
Handling fees:
A fee of DKK 100 is added for packing and handling of orders of less than 500 plants.
Shipping:
Packaging and shipping is always carried out in the best and least expensive manner at the buyer’s expense and risk.
The plants are sent directly from storage.
Claims:
Any claims must be issued immediately after you have received the plants and no later than 2 days after receiving them.
Claims can never exceed the invoice price.
Legal basis:
For issues that are not encompassed by these listed provisions, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. All agreements are under Danish law, and the jurisdiction is the jurisdiction of Forstplant ApS.
Reservations:
Forstplant ApS is not to be held liable for print errors or sold out items in the listed provenances and prices.
Personal data policy:
In order for a client to trade with and enter into agreements with Forstplant, Forstplant needs the following information:
- Name
- Postal address
- Telephone number
- Email address
Forstplant registers the customer’s personal information for the purposes of registering payment and delivering the products to the customer.
Forstplant adheres to the Processing of Personal Data Act.
